Returns & Exchanges

At Drippy, we want you to stay fresh in your new gear, but if the fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
